Bilingual Mobile Member Service Representative Location:
Various locations,
NM Schedule:
Varies Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM-7:30 PM; Sat, 8:30 AM-1:30
PM Status:
Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Starting Pay:
$21.00/hour Guadalupe Credit Union is looking for a Bilingual Mobile Member Service Representative to join our team! In this role, you'll support our members by processing accurate financial transactions and connecting them with the best financial tools and advice to help them thrive. Key responsibilities include:
Cross-sells products and services, makes beneficial referrals, and follows up on referrals. Show compassion when talking to members. Financially empower members with the best tools. Appropriate handling of the cash drawer within the limits of GCU's cash handling policy. Flexibility to move between branches/departments. Willingness to learn new areas of the credit union.
Requirements:
Experience:
Up to six months of similar or related experience.
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent. Bilingual in Spanish and English is required, including the ability to understand and speak fluently. This position requires frequent and/or periodic travel between GCU locations. Employees are responsible for maintaining valid insurance and a valid driver's license for any vehicle used for business purposes.
Physical Requirements:
This position requires regular walking, talking, and hearing, and may involve long periods of standing or sitting. Occasional light lifting, bending, and reaching may be required.
