POSITION SUMMARY
The primary responsibility of this position is to provide an exceptional experience to our membership by promoting the mission, lending philosophy and values of the organization. Seek to identify opportunities to improve our members' financial lives through counseling and education. Sell Credit Union products and services using the needs based sales approach. Maintain a high level of quality standards.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Build long term relationships with members utilizing Member Value culture and adhere to the credit union's Universal Behaviors Policy. Responsible for sales of all credit union products and services by determining member needs and cross selling appropriate services. Provides members with superior service and information in regard to products offered by the credit union; researches and solves member questions, service issues, problems, and complaints. Handles all problematic situations that may arise with member accounts. Receives and verifies information on all types of loans. Makes underwriting recommendations on all loans, approves loans within established lending authority and disburses loans to members. Provide financial counseling to members when necessary. Achieve assigned individual and team sales goals. Required to participate in First Source Federal Credit Union events as well as designated Community events. Will attain their Notary within 6 months of assignment of position Required to attend or participate in necessary compliance training, including but not limited to Bank Secrecy, OFAC, and Privacy. Must be registered under the SAFE Act Guidelines as established in 2011 Required to attend training sessions as appropriate. Required to travel as needed. Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
High School or equivalent plus 1-3 years work experience OR related business degree Strong communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail Strong computer aptitude A professional appearance Ability to work flexible hours including Saturday's as needed.
