Payee Associate About Us:

Our representative payee program helps clients maintain stability, meet essential needs, and improve their overall quality of life. We are a mission ‑ driven, people ‑ first team that values compassion, accountability, and collaboration.Position Overview:
The Payee Associate plays a vital role in ensuring that clients' financial obligations are met accurately and on time. This position supports the daily operations of the representative payee program, manages client accounts, and provides clear, respectful communication to clients, caseworkers, and partner agencies. It's a great fit for someone who is detail ‑ oriented, organized, and motivated by work that directly improves lives in the community.Salary:
$37,440 – $41,600 Key Responsibilities Manage assigned client accounts, including budgeting, bill payment, and financial recordkeeping Maintain accurate, up ‑ to ‑ date financial files and documentation for each client Communicate with clients, case managers, landlords, and service providers regarding budgets, payments, and financial needs Assist with client intake, including gathering required documentation and explaining program expectations Uphold confidentiality and treat all clients with dignity and respect Qualifications Experience in administrative, financial, social services, or nonprofit roles preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple deadlines and maintain accurate records Excellent communication skills, especially when working with vulnerable populations Comfort with financial software, spreadsheets, and basic accounting principles Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team Commitment to the mission and values of the organization EB-3940917501Similar remote jobs
