Job Responsibilities Business Development, Loan Origination & Underwriting :
Interview applicants, assess financial status, analyze creditworthiness, and structure loans within bank policies.
Portfolio Management :
Oversee loan renewals, modifications, collections, and risk monitoring. Assist in maintaining and monitoring borrowers' required insurance, UCC financing statement and deed of trust expiration dates, payment of property taxes and other loan requirements and reporting.
Customer Relations :
Build strong relationships with business clients, provide financial guidance, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Community Engagement :
Represent the bank in local events and professional organizations to foster business growth.
Compliance & Documentation :
Ensure all loan documentation meets regulatory standards and bank policies; scanning and indexing so that auditors and examiners have no issues finding documents to review.
Qualifications Education :
Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field preferred.
Experience :
Prior commercial lending experience preferred.
Skills :
Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills required; proficiency in financial analysis and loan structuring required. Schedule Monday - Friday Full Time
