Our client is dedicated to serving their clients with integrity, personalized service, and innovative digital solutions. The Digital Support Representative serves as the primary face of the organization's digital service channel, connecting with clients across various platforms from a centralized office location. This is a full-time, in-person position based at the Bend, Oregon office. This role is crucial in delivering a personalized, friendly experience—assisting clients with account needs, troubleshooting online tools, and educating them on available products, all while upholding high standards of security and compliance.
Key Responsibilities Multichannel Support:
Respond to inbound client inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and video.
Account Services:
Assist with balance checks, transaction history, and routine account maintenance.
Digital Support:
Guide clients through the setup, navigation, and troubleshooting of online platforms and mobile apps.
Consultative Service:
Educate clients on available financial products and services, identifying opportunities to cross-sell or refer.
Transaction Processing:
Accurately handle transfers, payments, stop payments, and routine processing requests.
Compliance & Records:
Adhere to industry regulations, maintain strict data privacy, and log accurate records in the CRM system.
Requirements Experience:
1-3 years of professional customer service experience (call center, office, or financial services environment preferred).
Education:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Tech Skills:
Proficient with CRM software, databases, and multi-channel digital communication tools.

Strong verbal and written communication, active listening, technical problem-solving, and sharp attention to detail.
