Job Description

Location:
Hybrid (Silver Spring, MD - up to 3 days per week on-site)
Position Type:
Full-Time Clearance:
Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance Position Overview ITegrity, Inc. has an immediate opening for a full-time Financial Help Desk / Customer Service Representative . In this role, you will join a specialized financial help desk supporting a federal customer. You will provide critical support to federal employees navigating Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and proprietary government financial software. While specific government procedures and proprietary software training will be provided on the job, candidates must possess prior experience troubleshooting Oracle EBS.
Key Responsibilities User Support:
Assist federal employees via phone and email with navigating financial systems for travel, expense reports, budgeting, and core financial transactions.
Oracle EBS Troubleshooting:
Serve as a point of contact for routine user inquiries, navigation assistance, and system issues related to Oracle EBS financial modules .
Ticket Management:
Log, track, and resolve inquiries within a formalized IT ticketing system in strict accordance with federal service level agreements (SLAs).
Problem Solving:
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and escalate complex technical or financial data issues to higher-tier support teams when necessary.
Position Requirements Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of Customer Service or Help Desk experience.
Technical Skills:
Hands-on experience using or supporting Oracle EBS (ideally within a financial, procurement, or expense environment).
Adaptability:
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to proprietary government software and evolving financial regulations.
Core IT Skills:
General computer proficiency, including strong working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Communication:
Excellent phone etiquette and top-tier customer service skills.
Location:
Ability to commute to the office in Silver Spring, MD , as required.
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Clearance:
Must be a U.S. citizen capable of obtaining and maintaining a Public Trust clearance. Note to

Pay:
$65,000.00 per year
