Key Responsibilities Financial Services & Insurance Responsibilities Build and manage your own client base using company-supported marketing tools. Develop long-term relationships through ongoing communication and reviews. Provide customized solutions in insurance, and retirement strategies. Participate in comprehensive training, coaching, and mentorship programs. Follow a structured leadership development track with advancement opportunities. Work in a hybrid capacity (remote + in-person meetings/training). Optional Investment & Advisory Services (ESI Affiliation) For candidates who choose to expand into securities and investment advisory services. Develop and manage a portfolio of clients seeking equity and investment guidance. Analyze market trends and economic data to craft tailored investment strategies. Conduct portfolio management and performance monitoring. Educate clients on investment options and financial planning strategies. Maintain compliance with regulatory standards. Network proactively to expand clientele and business opportunities.
