First-year representatives on our team earn between $40,000 and $90,000. The people who go all in — who follow the system, embrace the mentorship, and build their network with intention — consistently move well beyond that in year two and three. You are not waiting for a raise. You are not capped by a salary someone else decided you are worth. Your income is a direct reflection of your effort — nothing more, nothing less. What You Will Actually Do You will sit down with individuals and families and walk them through financial concepts in plain language — no jargon, no pressure, no scripts. You will help them understand their options for protecting their income, building tax-advantaged wealth, and creating retirement security using strategies that most people have never been properly introduced to. You will build a referral-based practice through trust and education. You will develop relationships with community professionals who will send you the people who need what you offer. You will grow a book of business that belongs to you — built on your relationships, your reputation, and your results.
