Purpose/Objective:
Experienced and client-focused, works in conjunction with the SVP, Private Banking to manage and grow relationships with high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients in the market(s) served. Works personally and is responsible for delivering customized banking, lending and wealth management solutions while upholding the bank\'s community-focused values and commitment to personalized service. This is a hybrid role, requiring a combination of in-office presence, client site visits, and remote work. Regular in-person client meetings. Travel requirement primarily within the local market and surrounding regions, with occasional travel for industry events and internal meetings. Collaboration with commercial, wealth, and branch teams are essential to reinforce crossline referrals are essential.Education:
Bachelor\'s degree or combination of equivalent education and work experienceExperience:
- 3-5 years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or relationship management
- Knowledge of investment products, credit structuring, and financial planning strategies
- Demonstrated success developing High Net worth/Ultra High Net worth client relationships
- Established network within Berkshire/Vermont markets
Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of business development techniques, products, services, and overall industry
- Proven business development track record; strong market presence with wide network of outside referral sources for new business
- High level of personalized customer service skills, including ability to work with wide variety of clients and provide and exceptional level of service
- Credit and financial analysis skills
- Excellent negotiating and influencing skills
- Organized self-starter with ability to work independently with little direct guidance
- Excellent communication skills
