Program Manager Core Banking Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with deep expertise in Core Banking systems to lead large-scale transformation and implementation programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing complex, multi-year banking programs, driving delivery across business and technology teams, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. This role requires leadership across end-to-end program lifecycle, stakeholder management at senior levels, and successful delivery of core banking initiatives such as system implementations, upgrades, migrations, and digital transformation. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of Core Banking transformation programs (implementation, migration, upgrades) Define program strategy, roadmap, and execution plan aligned with business objectives Manage multiple projects/workstreams within the program, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery Engage with senior stakeholders (CXOs, Business Heads, IT Leadership) to drive alignment and decision-making Oversee vendor management, including core banking platform providers (e.g., Temenos, Finacle, TCS BaNCS, Flexcube) Ensure effective risk, issue, and dependency management across the program Drive governance frameworks, including steering committees, reporting, and escalation mechanisms Lead business and technology integration, ensuring seamless alignment between functional and technical teams Oversee data migration, testing, and cutover planning for core banking systems Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and audit requirements Drive change management, communication, and user adoption strategies Monitor and report program performance, KPIs, and financials Required Skills & Qualifications 10+ years of experience in banking/financial services, with significant exposure to Core Banking systems 10+ years of experience managing large-scale transformation or implementation programs Proven experience managing large-scale transformation or implementation programs Strong knowledge of leading core banking platforms such as: Temenos Finacle TCS BaNCS Oracle Flexcube Expertise in program and project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) Strong understanding of: Core banking operations (Retail, Corporate, Payments, Lending) Data migration and system integration Banking regulatory and compliance requirements Experience in vendor and stakeholder management at senior levels Strong financial and budget management capabilities Hybrid role onsite in Jersey City, NJ Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $80•88.89/hour. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
