Candidates may be eligible for:
Enhanced Commissions Subsidy Allowance (available for up to the first year) Life Licensing & Annuity Certificate reimbursement after validation Securities Licensing reimbursement up to $5,000 per year (upon proof of passing test and receipt submission)
Additional Incentives Include:

Contributions Healthcare Company Contributions Training & Development:
Structured Training & Development Program 1:1 Coaching, Support, & Ongoing Professional Development Occasional in-office presence is required so candidates must live in South Carolina (or be planning to relocate) to be considered. We do not offer visa sponsorship.
Compensation:
$80,000+ at plan earnings
Responsibilities:
Research and provide financial advice and strategies that are suitable based on client risk tolerance and financial objectives Customize financial plans for each client based on potential life changes and changing financial needs Aid clients in implementing financial recommendations such as savings plans, life insurance, mutual funds, and other financial products Establish strong relationships with new clients as their trusted advisor and continuously identify, seek, and approach prospects Provide exceptional customer service to existing clients; track and monitor communications in the client file, including strategies and financial advice given
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree a must, sales experience and/or financial internships a plus.
