• 26/hour Depending on Experience Full-Time A growing bank in Charleston is seeking a Member Service Representative to provide excellent customer service while handling daily banking transactions and supporting branch operations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, can multitask in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable assisting with both teller and customer service responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Process customer banking transactions accurately and efficiently
• Provide friendly, professional customer service
• Build relationships with customers and maintain a community-focused banking experience
• Promote and recommend bank products and services based on customer needs
• Educate customers on additional banking and self-service options
• Maintain and balance a cash drawer
• Follow banking policies, procedures, and security regulations
• Identify and report potential fraud concerns
• Assist with branch administrative and operational tasks as needed
• Support a positive, team-oriented branch environment

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• At least 1 year of recent experience as a Bank Teller, Customer Service Representative, or similar banking role
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and adapt quickly
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with cash handling
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
• Comfortable multitasking and supporting multiple branch functions
• Ability to work independently and follow policies and procedures
• Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to assist where needed
• Strong integrity and problem-solving skills
