Job Description

Overview Join our unique and one-of-a-kind dynamic office culture as an important member of the financial services team, where you'll play a vital role in delivering comprehensive financial solutions to clients. This energetic opportunity offers a wide range to engage with diverse financial products, provide expert advice, and foster long-term relationships. As a key contributor, you'll help clients navigate their financial journeys with confidence, ensuring they achieve their wealth management and estate planning goals through proactive service and expert insights. Duties Conduct thorough financial analysis to identify client needs and recommend suitable financial services and products. Maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication, follow-up, and tailored financial advice. Stay updated on industry regulations such as securities law and tax laws to ensure compliance across all client interactions. Build long-term client relationships through excellent service. Participate in weekly trainings and professional development sessions. Schedule appointments and manage personal workflow efficiency. No prior financial experience required- training is provided. Transition customer service and communication skills into financial services. Build Professional confidence through real hands-on training and coaching. Requirements Familiarity with financial software tools used for research, analysis, and customer relationship management (CRM). Excellent math skills combined with the ability to interpret complex financial data accurately. Strong sales aptitude with the ability to communicate technical accounting principles clearly to clients. Demonstrated ability to adhere to securities law and other regulatory requirements while providing exceptional service. High School Diploma Must be 18 years or older. Must obtain a State Life License or be willing to take the required steps in getting a State License.
