In this role, you will foster positive relationships, address concerns, and ensure the smooth operation of HOA activities. Your financial acumen, negotiation skills, and customer service expertise will be vital in managing community needs effectively while supporting the organization's mission to maintain vibrant, well-managed neighborhoods. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine relationship management with financial analysis and risk mitigation to enhance community satisfaction and operational excellence. Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, board members, vendors, and community partners to promote trust and collaboration. Address resident inquiries promptly, providing clear guidance on HOA policies, procedures, and financial matters. Oversee financial transactions related to HOA dues, assessments, and service payments using specialized financial software. Conduct credit analysis and risk assessments on delinquent accounts to develop effective collection strategies. Negotiate payment plans or resolutions with residents while ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards such as the Bank Secrecy Act when applicable. Manage portfolio activities including monitoring cash flow, analyzing financial statements, and preparing reports for stakeholders. Support business development efforts by identifying opportunities for upselling additional services or amenities that benefit the community. Collaborate with internal teams on loan processing, underwriting, and other financial services to support community projects or improvements. Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations related to banking, financial services, and risk management in community operations. Experience Proven experience in relationship management within financial services or banking environments. Strong background in credit analysis, underwriting, and portfolio management. Demonstrated ability in negotiation, customer service, and conflict resolution. Familiarity with financial concepts such as cash flow analysis, risk management, and loan processing. Experience using financial software tools for managing accounts and generating reports. Knowledge of the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), anti-money laundering regulations, and compliance standards is a plus. Excellent math skills combined with strong analytical abilities to interpret financial data accurately. Prior experience in sales or business development within a customer-focused setting is advantageous.
