Job Description
Imperial Asset Management, LLC is a Tampa, FL real estate asset management company that is in the business of buying, fixing up, and renting residential properties for long-term appreciation. Due to our success, we are expanding into Dallas marketplace. We are looking to expand and have a Private Placement (PPM) fund that will be raising capital to help acquire additional properties. Our fund seeks individuals (lenders) that are frustrated with the current stock market volatility and looking for a product that will pay a stable and consistent monthly income of 10-12%, that pays a monthly dividend, and is backed by income producing real estate. We currently have a proven track record with excellent references for potential clients. We are looking for an experienced VP of Finance that has a strong & proven track of raising capital from accredited investors that can help launch our fund. You will be responsible for raising capital direct from investors as well as building relationships with financial advisors that have a book of business that they can market our product to. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record of building sales teams & have connections of reps with clientele and/or retail clients you can onboard in short order. Salary plus performance bonus
