Role :
As a Financial Representative or Advisor, your primary responsibility will be to provide personalized financial strategies, helping clients plan for long-term success while also offering insurance services. You'll be involved in the entire financial planning process, ensuring that clients receive the most accurate and comprehensive solutions tailored to their needs.

Available if you hold any of the following licenses: Texas State Insurance Licenses (Life, Health & Accident), Series 7, or Series 66 3-5 years of experience with your own book of business Occasional in-office presence is required, so candidates must be local to the Cypress/Houston area.
Compensation:
$78,000 - $125,000 at plan commission
Responsibilities:
Offer personalized, one-on-one financial guidance and connect clients to the right products and services. Build and nurture long-term relationships based on shared values and financial goals. Grow your market base and expand your client portfolio. Complete extensive training and receive ongoing career support and professional development from Centric. Obtain necessary state insurance licenses for Texas (Life, Health & Accident) and Series 7 and 66 (Sponsorship available). Develop your own client base by identifying and connecting with prospective clients (training provided).
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field, or a High School diploma. Willingness to obtain required state licenses. Intent to obtain FINRA Registration (Series 6 or 7). Passion for positively impacting the lives of others. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Must pass background checks, fingerprinting, and verification of securities registration and/or insurance licensing (if applicable).
