In person Benefits 401(k) matching Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid time off Job Summary We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Finance & Partner Services Associate to support the Senior Vice President of Finance & Treasurer in daily financial operations, partner account management, and reporting activities. This role is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with institutional, church, and individual partners while ensuring accurate account processing, reconciliations, investment reporting, and exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have strong financial, organizational, and communication skills and enjoy working in a collaborative team environment. ResponsibilitiesPartner & Customer Service Respond to partner inquiries regarding accounts, investments, and distributions via phone and email Process account deposits from partners and third-party investments Prepare account distributions according to partner requests Generate standard and customized financial reports for partners Assist with presentation materials for partner meetings and on-site visits Maintain accurate partner records and online account access Financial & Trust Operations Review monthly and quarterly distribution calculations Assist with pooled fund modeling and month-end sweep processes Review partner statements and ensure database accuracy Generate and distribute quarterly account statements Review new account setups to confirm investment accuracy Respond to audit requests related to partner accounts Accounting & Reconciliation Reconcile third-party investments on a monthly basis Assist with additional account reconciliations as needed Support executive leadership with research, reporting, and special projects Cross-train with team members to provide operational support across departments Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, banking, investment operations, or customer service Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel Experience with trust accounting software or financial systems is a plus Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Preferred Skills Financial reporting experience Account reconciliation experience Client relationship management Investment or trust operations knowledge Problem-solving and multitasking abilities Schedule Monday to Friday Experience Finance or accounting: 3 years (Preferred) Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
