Position Overview:

We are seeking motivated and passionate Financial Educators to join our team as independent 1099 subcontractors. In this role, you will provide clients with financial education, introduce tailored financial solutions, and help them work toward achieving their long-term financial goals. You will have the flexibility to work part-time or full-time depending on your availability and desired income level. This is a commission-based role, with new agents starting at 40% commission. As you grow and gain experience, you will have opportunities to increase your earning potential.

Responsibilities:

Educate individuals and families on key financial concepts such as protection, safety, growth, and tax advantage strategies. Assess client needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions, including life insurance, annuities, retirement plans, and other coverages. Assist clients with long-term financial planning strategies and provide ongoing mentorship and support. Stay informed on product offerings from top-rated carriers including National Life Group, Mutual of Omaha, Nationwide, AIG, and more. Participate in company training programs to enhance financial knowledge and sales skills. Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients through excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

Strong interest in financial education and helping others achieve financial independence. Employer is willing to train if no prior experience. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Previous experience in sales, finance, insurance, or related fields is a plus but not required (training provided). Ability to obtain and maintain applicable insurance licenses (state-specific).

Compensation & Schedule:
