High school diploma or GED. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and general computer systems. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to identify member needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions. A Preview of What Joining Us as a Universal Representative Looks Like The Universal Representative plays a key role in delivering comprehensive financial services to members, including processing transactions, assisting with loans, opening and maintaining accounts, and promoting credit union products. This role requires balancing service excellence with operational accuracy and sales performance. You will support members throughout their financial journey—whether completing transactions, explaining loan options, or resolving account questions—while ensuring all work is accurate, compliant, and aligned with credit union policies.
