As a service partner of the United Precious Metals Association (UPMA), we help individuals acquire, circulate, and liquidate precious metal legal tender, including Goldbacks. //alpinegold.com. What We're Looking For We're seeking a personable, detail-oriented, and highly organized Member Services Representative to join our team at our Alpine branch. In this dynamic role, you'll deliver top-notch service both in person and over the phone. We're looking for someone with a strong customer-centric mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role is full-time, approximately 40 hours per week. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with vaulting and transactional needs, including deposits, withdrawals, and account support. Handle incoming calls and assist with account inquiries, transactions, and service requests. Accurately process transactions, including cash handling, check processing, and precious metals deposits/withdrawals. Maintain precise customer records and perform regular reconciliations to ensure data integrity. Adhere to company policies and procedures to support regulatory compliance. Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly. Participate in ongoing training to maintain a strong understanding of UPMA products and services. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 3 years of sales experience , with preference given to candidates with experience in financial services, banking, or customer-facing advisory roles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems. High level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information.
