We partner with AT&T to provide customer acquisition and sales solutions, helping customers discover the right technology and services while supporting continued business growth. This full-time, customer-facing role is ideal for individuals who are motivated, competitive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. As an AT&T Enrollment Representative , you'll interact directly with customers to present AT&T products and services, generate new sales, and contribute to overall team success. The AT&T Enrollment Representative opportunity is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, exceeding goals, and delivering results through strong communication and customer engagement.
AT&T Enrollment Representative Responsibilities:
Engage with business customers directly to promote and sell AT&T services and technology solutions Identify business needs and recommend products or services that best fit their goals Open new business customer accounts and consistently meet or exceed sales targets Upsell additional products and services to expand business customer accounts and increase revenue Deliver excellent business customer service while maintaining a results-oriented sales approach Collaborate with other AT&T Enrollment Representatives to support overall team performance and objectives Track sales activity and maintain accurate business customer information and records
AT&T Enrollment Representative Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, or another customer-facing role preferred Prior experience as a AT&T Enrollment Representative or in AT&T sales is a plus Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills Competitive and goal-oriented mindset with a focus on performance Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Ability to confidently handle objections and close sales opportunities Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team setting Adaptable and comfortable working in a variety of environments, including outdoor settings
