Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Relationship Manager I to join our financial services team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer service. Your expertise in banking, financial analysis, and risk management will drive business growth through effective portfolio management and tailored financial solutions. Responsibilities Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients by understanding their financial needs and providing personalized solutions Conduct comprehensive credit analysis and underwriting to assess client eligibility and risk factors Manage client portfolios proactively, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional financial products or services Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act, while maintaining high standards of customer confidentiality and security Collaborate with internal teams to process loans, evaluate cash flow analyses, and support client onboarding or account setup Utilize financial software tools to track client interactions, monitor portfolio performance, and generate detailed reports Engage in business development activities by identifying new client prospects and expanding existing relationships through effective sales strategies Qualifications Proven experience in banking or financial services with a focus on relationship management or sales Strong knowledge of financial concepts such as cash flow analysis, risk management, credit analysis, and loan processing Excellent negotiation skills coupled with a customer-centric approach to service delivery Familiarity with financial software applications and tools used for portfolio management and financial analysis Ability to interpret complex financial data accurately and make informed decisions based on quantitative insights Knowledge of the Bank Secrecy Act and compliance standards related to banking operations Exceptional communication skills with an energetic attitude geared toward building trust and rapport with clients Join us as a Relationship Manager I to empower clients through expert guidance, innovative solutions, and dedicated service. $56,664.96 - $68,241.67 per year
