To Apply for this Job Click Here BSA Analyst - Orange, CT Our client, a financial services organization, is seeking a BSA Analyst to support regulatory compliance and monitoring activities within a growing risk and compliance team. This role focuses on reviewing alerts, supporting investigations, and maintaining documentation to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies. Responsibilities Review and analyze alerts generated by monitoring systems for unusual or potentially suspicious activity Support investigations related to customer activity and regulatory requirements Assist with the preparation and submission of required regulatory reports Perform customer due diligence and periodic reviews for higher-risk accounts Support sanctions screening reviews and escalate potential issues as appropriate Maintain clear and organized documentation to support audits and examinations Identify trends or anomalies and communicate findings to senior team members Qualifications 2+ years of experience in banking risk, compliance, or monitoring Experience with BSA/AML and sanctions-related regulations preferred CAMS, CIA, CRMA, or similar certifications preferred
