Hopkinsville, KY Job Details Full-time 17 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Vision insurance 401(k) matching Referral program Qualifications High school diploma or GED Bank experience Internal compliance assessments Regulatory compliance analysis Bank Secrecy Act Leadership Banking Anti-money laundering investigation Full Job Description The primary responsibility of the BSA/Compliance role is to monitor and report any fraudulent activity to BSA/Compliance Officer, monitor and review a variety of reports, and stay up to date on banking laws and regulations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Note:
The following duties are not exhaustive and may be subject to change. Manages and responds to fraudulent activity and reports cases to supervisor. Assists with reviewing daily and monthly alerts for suspicious activity. Monitor and review Currency Transaction Report (CTR) filings. Monitor and review Risk Rated deposit accounts and CIP review sample monthly. Monitor and review Currency Transaction Report (CTR) exempt customers. Monitor and review Money Services Business (MSB) customers. Prepare and file Suspicious Activity Report (SAR) as directed by the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) Officer. Monthly review of BSA/ AML and OFAC reports. Conduct audits and quarterly reviews to monitor compliance with banking laws, rules and regulations. Report on findings to the Compliance Officer. Self-motivated, strong leadership skills and good training skills. Maintain confidentiality at all times. And, as directed, may perform other duties from time to time.
