Job Description

Job Summary The APP Claims Agent is pivotal in managing Accident Protection Plan claims, ensuring efficient processing and high-quality customer service. This role involves detailed claims handling, documentation, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Compensation:
$17 an hour
Detailed Responsibilities:
Process APP claims, including vehicle receipt, documentation, and negotiation with insurance providers. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing queries and concerns with professionalism. Maintain accurate weekly reports on pending claims, aiming for expedient resolutions. Collaborate with General Managers for claim approvals or denials and engage with salvage companies as needed. Ensure adherence to claims processing standards and company policies. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by your direct manager. Follow company policies and procedures and support company mission, vision, values and standards of ethics.
