We are a growing orthodontic office looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Insurance Verification Specialist to join our team. This position is responsible for verifying Orthodontic insurance benefits for our 5 locations, obtaining accurate patient coverage information. Chandler AZ= Full-Time | Monday-Friday Entry level: around $19 per hour Experience level: $20-21 per hour Responsibilities Verify orthodontic insurance benefits before patient appointments Contact insurance companies regarding eligibility, frequencies, waiting periods, and lifetime maximums Using online portal to obtain insurance benefits Document benefit information accurately in patient charts/software Communicate insurance benefits to Treatment Coordinators Work closely with treatment coordinators and front office staff Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality standards Requirements Qualifications Previous orthodontic insurance verification experience Knowledge of PPO insurance plans, claims, and benefits Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent phone and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment What We Offer Paid holidays and PTO Health/Dental benefits available Opportunities for growth and advancement

Requirements:
