Key Responsibilities
- Open, sort, and prepare incoming mail for scanning and processing.
- Scan physical documents into internal software systems accurately and efficiently.
- Enter and update data in company systems as documents move from analog to digital formats.
- Review information for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Maintain productivity in a production-line style claims processing environment.
- Support daily administrative workflow within the claims processing department. Compensation and Benefits
