Job Description

Position Summary:
The Representative, Centralized Applicant Services is responsible for the administrative processing of prospective tenant applications across the Apartments Division.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and process prospective tenant applications in a timely and accurate manner. Address applicant inquiries via phone and email. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing concerns, identifying resolutions, and providing next steps. Adjust ledger charges in accordance with ongoing leasing specials.
Additional Skills:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Education:
High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
Preferred Years of Relevant Work Experience:
0 - 2 years
