1 day ago We are a construction based company in the Sacramento and Central Valley. We are currently looking for Customer Service Representatives in the residential homebuilding industry in behalf of builders to interface with trade partners and homeowners to inspect, schedule and complete homeowner warranty claims.
Job Description:
The duties of the Customer Service Representative (CSR) will be managing home warranty claims for 2-3 new residential communities. The home warranty claims will cover issues that arise within the home over the first 18mos occupancy to include assessing damage, scheduling subcontractors, managing and ultimately completing each claim. The ultimate objective of this position is to secure as near a 100% customer satisfaction rating as possible on any claim
Responsibilities:
Highly effective communicator Management of warranty claims Pass a criminal background check Must have a vehicle and a valid driver's license Evaluate claims and schedule subcontractors for completion Conduct follow-up visits with the homeowner Maintains customer satisfaction Work closely with and hold subcontractors accountable for any substandard work and quality repairs Provide excellent customer service through warranty service and administration, under trying circumstances at times A high degree of computer experience
  • Ability to work in a busy, sometimes demanding, environment An eye for quality, and tenacious follow-up Visit the home to inspect and assess the issue and determine if it is under warranty Schedule, set, and communicate all service request work Perform all necessary follow-through communication, and scheduling with both the homeowner and the trade to complete service requests Keep accurate service request logs and documentation of all work performed
Education:
No Requirements Experience:
2yrs experience or more in managing home warranty claims
Physical:
bending stooping standing long periods of sitting at computer lift 15lbs
Skills:
computer literate effective communication highly organized with tenacious follow up familiar with new home construction processes
