JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented Warranty Claims Processor which is responsible for the successful submission of warranty claims to include pre-approval, proof of purchase, extended warranty, and any documentation for successful claims.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Process and submit warranty claims accurately and within required deadlines. Review repair orders, invoices, labor, and parts for compliance. Track claim status and follow up on pending or denied claims. Maintain accurate and organized claim records. Communicate with customers, technicians, and vendors. Assist with documentation requests.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Basic computer skills (email, data entry, Microsoft Office, or similar). Clear and professional communication skills. Ability to manage multiple claims and deadlines.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

Experience in processing warranty claims is preferred but not required.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Prolonged Sitting:

This role involves extensive periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer (up to 8 hours) Occasionally lift files or parts up to 25 lbs.
