Administrative Clerk Contractor This is a Full-Time (On-Site) position in San Jose, CA supporting a Water Utility/ Water Treatment & Distribution Company. Must be currently in the local San Jose Area to be considered for this opportunity. Full benefits, PTO, and paid holidays is inclusive to this position.

Requirements:
ship or Work Authorization Status; Relevant professional experience in General Liability (GL) claims
Job Description:
Data enter and process new general liability (GL) claims Data enter and process new automobile claims Handling status inquiries for the above Ensuring complete and correct data is being transmitted to insurer or third party administrator (TPA) Generating Certificates of Insurance (COI s) Generating Bond applications Updating the Risk Management intranet home page Maintaining the Risk Management dashboard on SmartSheet Handling regular invoices (primarily for TPA Carl Warren & Co and Aon for Bonds), following LOA approval requirements
