Lohmiller & Company, a recognized leader in the HVAC industry and a multi-year recipient of The Denver Post's Top Places to Work award, is seeking a detail-oriented Warranty Processor to join our team. This full-time, onsite position is responsible for managing warranty claims and parts returns for all brands and equipment sold by Lohmiller & Company. The Warranty Processor plays a key role in ensuring timely and accurate processing of warranty claims, supporting both internal staff and external partners, and maintaining an organized workspace. Responsibilities Process warranty claims for all brands and equipment sold by Lohmiller & Company, ensuring accuracy and timely completion. Gather and organize necessary documentation, including SWAP forms and information via the Continuum platform, to support claim processing. Enter claims to vendors and review warranty credits using internal systems such as Continuum, P21, and Service Bench. Credit customers after warranty claims are approved and processed. Oversee the storage, shipping, and return of warranty parts to vendors, maintaining a clean and organized workspace in the warranty section of the warehouse. Respond promptly to warranty-related voicemails and emails. Train and support Lohmiller personnel and dealer/contractor staff on claims processing procedures; attend dealer meetings as needed. Maintain communication with vendors and internal teams to ensure proper claim entry procedures are followed. Submit registrations, cases, and empowerments to Carrier as required. Prepare and review weekly warranty report cards with management. Perform daily claims verification and assist with check requests and direct cash reimbursements. Workload may vary week to week based on business needs. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced education is a plus. Proficiency with computer operations and Microsoft Office products required. Experience with P-21 and the ability to quickly learn internal software systems such as Latitude, Service Bench, and manufacturer websites. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and customers. Some lifting of parts required; forklift skills are a bonus. Ability to work onsite, Monday through Friday.
