JOB SUMMARY/OVERVIEW
Supports the accuracy, compliance, and timely resolution of property and flood insurance escrow activities for loans serviced by Statebridge Company. Responsible for insurance exception management, vendor coordination, reporting, and risk mitigation. Provides research and documentation support to Escrow Analysts and Mortgage Insurance owners as needed, but does not serve as the primary owner of escrow analysis or mortgage insurance functions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor hazard and flood insurance escrow activity to ensure continuous coverage and timely premium payments. Research and resolve insurance-related exceptions including billing discrepancies, coverage lapses, force-placed insurance issues, and disbursement errors. Review insurance bills, declarations, invoices, and policy changes for accuracy and compliance. Communicate with insurance carriers, agents, and vendors to validate policy data and resolve issues. Support insurance vendor management including invoice reconciliation, audits, and SLA monitoring. Prepare and review insurance-related reports to identify trends and servicing risk. Ensure compliance with federal, state, investor, and internal servicing requirements. Participate in root cause analysis and process improvement initiatives. Provide support to Tax Analysts, Escrow Analysts, and Mortgage Insurance Claims Analysts as needed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Associates degree; or five years mortgage experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Training Requirements (licenses, programs, or certificates): No certifications needed

Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Internet Explorer) Thorough knowledge of mortgage servicing documents and processes, particularly those related to escrow administration
