Job Description

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knack for navigating the complexities of healthcare billing? Do you enjoy being the bridge between patients, providers, and insurance carriers? We are looking for a bilingual Medical Claims Processor to join our growing team. In this role, you won t just be "pushing paper." You ll be ensuring accuracy, advocating for proper reimbursement, and using your language skills to provide clarity in a field that-let s be honest-can be a bit confusing for everyone involved.
salary:
$20 - $23 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 11:30 AM - 8

BachelorsResponsibilities Communication & Support:
Manage high-volume inquiries from clients and providers; perform outbound outreach to insurance companies to resolve payment discrepancies and investigate grievances.
Financial Processing:
Execute health/dental premium and medical service payments; create and update financial batch records for accounting integration.
Quality Assurance:
Audit payment files and calculations for 100% accuracy; monitor workflows to ensure all contractual timeliness guarantees are met across all communication channels.
Problem Solving:
Identify and research issues for high-utilization clients; track and report emerging call trends to management to improve service delivery.
Documentation:
Maintain precise call logs and update client records to ensure transparency and teamwork across departments.
