Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and motivated Cold Caller specializing in Property Claims to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, engaging with property owners and insurance representatives to initiate claims processes. Your enthusiasm and persuasive communication skills will drive business development efforts, helping to expand our client base and streamline claim submissions. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales expertise within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Duties Conduct outbound calls to property owners, insurance agents, and relevant stakeholders to introduce our property claims services Engage in warm calling campaigns to nurture leads and convert prospects into active clients Effectively communicate the benefits of our property claims solutions, emphasizing value and efficiency Negotiate terms and facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new clients Experience Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or B2B sales, preferably within technology or insurance-related sectors Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals over the phone Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written Knowledge of property claims processes or technical sales is a plus but not required; training will be provided Demonstrated ability to conduct outbound calling campaigns with confidence and professionalism Prior experience in customer service or business development roles is highly desirable Join us and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional property claims solutions!
