This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth operations by assisting with processing insurance policies, maintaining accurate records, and communicating effectively with both clients and insurance companies. Key Responsibilities :

Process insurance applications. Communicate policy information between the agency and insurance companies. Perform accurate data entry of policy details and client information. Maintain organized records of policy documents and transactions. Assist with policy audits and ensure compliance with company and industry standards. Provide support to the team with administrative tasks as needed. Offer excellent customer service by addressing policy-related inquiries.

Qualifications :

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with data entry and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Prior experience in insurance or office administration is a plus, but not required.
