WORK ENVIRONMENTOffice environmentThe noise level in the work environment is usually moderateMonday - Friday; regular office hoursQualificationsEDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEMinimum 5 years automotive technical background with Mercedes-Benz is strongly preferredASE certification current is preferredWorking experience with automotive dealership operations processes or similar business is preferredExperience with assessing automotive warranty and service contract claims in a dealership environment is preferredHigh school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) is requiredComputer literacy, especially MS365, Outlook, Excel, Word and Teams is required
Call, video, email, message and communicate with dealers and co-workersCarry sizeable amounts of paper documentsOrganize and archive information both physical and electronic formatReasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIESReview warranty documentation for the purpose of validating dealer warranty claimsSupport dealer network in the processing of those claims selected for review through the systematic examination of dealer submitted warranty claimsDetermine warranty repair eligibility in accordance with program guidelines through technical analysis of repair, adherence to warranty policies and procedures and proper claiming of parts and laborTrack status of a claim under review from submission through completionProvide dealers with feedback on warranty claim concerns detected while providing exceptional customer serviceEscalate unresolved issues to managerTrack claim payment system for potential issues and review by Client's claim systems teamManual review and validation of claims and/or pre-authorization requests submitted by the dealer networkValidation of requests for repairs by the dealer networkOn-site at customer offices close to Jacksonville, FL airport.WORK ENVIRONMENTOffice environmentThe noise level in the work environment is usually moderateMonday - Friday; regular office hoursQualificationsEDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEMinimum 5 years automotive technical background with Mercedes-Benz is strongly preferredASE certification current is preferredWorking experience with automotive dealership operations processes or similar business is preferredExperience with assessing automotive warranty and service contract claims in a dealership environment is preferredHigh school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) is requiredComputer literacy, especially MS365, Outlook, Excel, Word and Teams is required
