We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated Processor - Asbestos Settlement Claims to join our growing team. Position Summary The Processor will manage and support the processing of asbestos settlement claims from initiation through resolution. This role requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, communication abilities, and the capacity to handle sensitive client information with professionalism and empathy. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced legal environment, can manage multiple deadlines, and works effectively both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities Prepare, review, and process asbestos settlement claim documentation Maintain accurate client records and claim databases Communicate with clients, trusts, defendants, medical providers, and internal staff regarding claim status and required documentation Review medical, employment, and exposure records for claim eligibility and completeness Track claim deadlines, submissions, deficiencies, and payments Follow up on outstanding documentation and trust deficiencies Organize electronic files and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Assist with settlement distributions and reporting as needed Qualifications Prior experience in legal claims processing, asbestos litigation, mass torts, personal injury, or related legal field preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage high-volume workloads and meet deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and case management software Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Professional demeanor and client-service mindset Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Comprehensive benefits package Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Supportive and collaborative work environment How to Apply Interested candidates should submit their resume and a brief cover letter outlining their qualifications and relevant experience.
