Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic, highly motivated and disciplined Loss Consultant to join our team, dedicated to safeguarding company assets and ensuring the integrity of claims management processes. In this role, you will go door to door offering our services, analyzing and inspecting damages in order to ensure efficiency in the resolution of claims. Responsibilities Investigate loss incidents thoroughly, utilizing analysis skills to identify root causes and assess damages accurately. Detect and prevent fraudulent claims through diligent review and fraud prevention techniques. Conduct auto estimating procedures to determine repair costs and validate claim validity. Provide exceptional customer service by guiding clients through the claims process, addressing inquiries promptly, and maintaining clear communication. Organize and prioritize workload effectively to handle multiple cases simultaneously, demonstrating strong organizational skills. Qualifications Excellent negotiation abilities customer service skills.
