  • $250,000+ Earning Potential Full-Time | Flexible Schedule | Commission / Performance-Based We are a growing Public Adjusting firm seeking a highly motivated individual who wants to build a long-term career helping homeowners with property insurance claims.
Our firm helps homeowners navigate the claims process after property damage caused by plumbing leaks, roof damage, mold, storms, fires, and other covered losses. We work on behalf of the homeowner, not the insurance company, to document damages and help pursue fair claim settlements. About the Role You will begin as a Public Adjuster Apprentice / Claims Representative. This role is ideal for someone who is ambitious, coachable, and interested in building a high-income career in the property insurance claims industry.
Responsibilities include:
Speaking with homeowners Prospecting neighborhoods Building referral relationships with contractors and other professionals Identifying potential property damage claims through free property assessments Taking photos and documenting property damage Following up with leads and clients Maintaining communication with clients throughout the claims process Participating in ongoing training and mentorship This position may involve door knocking, self-generated lead prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
