Job Description

Vaco Atlanta is working with an impressive client in the Brookhaven area of Atlanta, GA in their search for a Bilingual Claims Customer Service Representative . This individual is the main point of contact in charge of providing support to policy holders and providers which includes answering questions related to claims, benefits and policy provisions. Only candidates who live in the Atlanta metropolitan area will be considered since in-office work is required. Requirements Must have 2+ years of customer service experience in a high-volume phone setting. Must speak Spanish and English fluently. Must possess excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills in addition to an empathetic and patient demeanor. Must be able to resolve customer issues within a single call, whenever possible. Must possess a thorough understanding of medical terms and/or healthcare and the insurance claim process. Must be comfortable working in multiple systems to update customer information and to record transaction details. Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
