Job Description
The role of Auto Customer Service Representative serve as the liaison between the client and the auditing team. Within the auto auditing department the customer service representative will be the first notice of contact with document retrieval, claim building, and communications. Primary Duties include but are not limited to: Provides thorough claim documentation for each auto claim. Assists auto auditors, management, and administrative team with numerous tasks including data entry, claim pulls, incoming calls, outgoing calls, etc. Within the auto auditing department the customer service representative will be the first notice of contact with document retrieval, claim building, and communications. Primary Duties include but are not limited to: Provides thorough claim documentation for each auto claim. Assists auto auditors, management, and administrative team with numerous tasks including data entry, claim pulls, incoming calls, outgoing calls, etc. Skills and Qualifications Previous experience in a customer support role (Preferred) Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively Knowledge of Microsoft Office i.e. Word, Outlook, Excel Ability to type a minimum of 50 words per minute High School Diploma
