  • Handle inbound claims related calls (new claim intake, inquiry calls from insureds/ claimants/medical providers/agents/ and others).
  • Handle inbound operator calls for client and route calls to appropriate department or associate.
  • Monitor d Outlook mailbox and route iing faxes/emails to claim associates.
  • Prep/scan iing claims mail and inter-office documents, perform quality checks and document validation. Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for an Claims Associate job:
  • Able to keyboard 40 - 45 wpm
  • Basic proficiency of MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Excellent verbal and writtenmunication skills to interact effectively with customers, providers, and internal teams
  • Customer-oriented attitude with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Ability to work well with others and maintain a positive work environment
  • Strong attention to detail, time management andanizational skills
  • Proficiency with data entry

Pay Details:
