Job DescriptionOur team is growing and we are actively looking to hire a Claim Advisor, Auto to join our Maritimes team.

To meet our customer's needs, your work week will be Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm AST.

Accountabilities:

Review insurance policy and coveragesInvestigate complex automobile claims (i.e.: impaired, unlisted operator or non-drivable) and determine coverage and liabilitySettle claims in accordance with organization's policies and practices.

Required to collaborate with the customer, service suppliers (i.e. towing, repair shops), other insurance companies and law enforcement

Qualifications:

Minimum high school education or equivalentAdjusting License Level 1 or equivalent1•3 years handling complex automobile claims is requiredKnowledge in understanding and interpreting policiesCommitment to providing outstanding customer serviceProficient keyboard skills and computer literacy

Actual salary offered to successful candidates will vary based on their skills and experience.
