Requirements & Qualifications Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Comfortable working in agency management systems (training provided) Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines Strong organizational and follow-up skills Professional written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently while supporting a team environment Prior insurance preferred, but not required Commercial Lines Support Rep. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Support Commercial Lines Account Managers with day-to-day servicing of commercial accounts Issue and manage proofs of insurance, including Auto ID Cards, Certificates of Insurance (COIs), and Evidence of Property Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in agency management systems Provide administrative support with policy servicing, including endorsement processing, audits, and policy expirations and renewals Request, track, and follow up on loss runs and loss control recommendations Follow up with clients regarding payments, missing information, and required documentation Monitor claim activity and communicate updates internally to the Account Management team Ensure policies, endorsements, and related documents are delivered to clients in a timely manner Navigate carrier websites to obtain policies, endorsements, invoices, and related policy documents If you are looking to grow your career with a stable, growth-oriented company that values independence and personalized service, this is your chance to make a meaningful impact
