Job Description

Our Houma clinic is looking to hire a Prior Authorization Referral Specialist, this person will be responsible for conducting prior authorizations and referral's from our Nurse Practitioners. Apply today!
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED ( required ) Bachelors Degree (Nursing field - preferred )
Core Competencies:
Maintains professional boundaries Demonstrates advance knowledge of primary and behavioral health diagnoses and medications Job Duties /
Skills Required:
Work closely with providers to assist in conducting prior authorizations for psychiatric medications on a daily basis and assure referrals are processed and followed through.
Pay:
From $18.00 per hour
