Gallagher Family Dentistry in Metairie is growing! Our Insurance Coordinator is moving on to an exciting new opportunity, and we're looking for an experienced Dental Insurance Coordinator to join our team. If you enjoy helping patients, navigating insurance benefits, solving claim issues, and being part of a positive, patient-focused office, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Filing and tracking insurance claims Following up on outstanding claims Posting insurance payments and processing EOBs Verifying and documenting patient insurance benefits Submitting narratives, X-rays, and supporting documentation Maintaining accurate insurance information
Qualifications:
Previous dental insurance experience required Strong understanding of dental insurance plans, claims processing, and EOBs Excellent organizational and communication skills Detail-oriented and dependable Positive attitude and team-first mindset
