Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warranty Claims Clerk to join our family oriented team. In this vital role, you will manage and process warranty claims efficiently, ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment where precision and communication are key to success. Responsibilities Review and verify warranty claim submissions, ensuring all necessary documentation and supporting files are complete and accurate Process claims using various manufacture portals Place and track parts orders for warranty replacement parts Serve as a back up to the service writer if needed Work with the service writer and manager to make sure all documentation is received to process claims quickly Be able to work in a customer service oriented environment Skills Proven clerical experience with strong computer skills Be proficient using web based programs Be able to work with other team members will Strong customer service skills a must
