What You'll Do:

As a Storm Claims Representative , you will manage complex property and auto claims. You will be the front-line response in assessing damage, determining coverage, and ensuring timely and fair resolutions.

Key responsibilities include:

Conducting field investigations and estimating storm damage to homes and vehicles. Evaluating coverage and liability, setting reserves, and making settlement decisions. Assisting with surge workloads, catastrophe response, and being available during evenings, weekends, or holidays when needed. Negotiating settlements and coordinating with vendors, engineers, and legal experts. Documenting claim files and preparing detailed reports and correspondence. Supporting subrogation and salvage efforts. Participating in training and mentoring when appropriate. What You Bring Strong investigative, technical, and negotiation skills. Commitment to professionalism, accuracy, and customer care - especially under pressure. Ability to work outdoors and travel across Missouri in all weather conditions. Succeed:

Storm Claims Representative:

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience) Intermediate Level Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of complex claims handling experience. Completion of AIC Core Courses or 4+ years of relevant experience.

Senior Level:

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience). 6+ years of complex claims handling experience. Completion of AIC designation or 8+ years of experience.

Additional Requirements:

Valid Missouri Driver's License.
