Job Description

Description Since it is a call centre environment related to customer service more than sales we require individuals who are confident over the phone. We look for the following attributes within the desired candidate: Responsible and honesty Emotional maturity High level of importance & urgency towards customer needs Patient and calm Due to the client base being with exceptionally large corporates, being eloquently and professionally spoken is essential.

Previous administering and registering experience with claims any call centre qualification advantageous
